Dancing Thai Police, a YouTube Sensation (Video)

A group of dancing policemen have become the latest pop sensation in Thailand after a YouTube video showed them shimmying and swinging their hips as they impersonated a popular South Korean boyband.

The video, prepared for a police talent show, has had at least 280,000 views and a newspaper used its front pages to declare it ‘a major hit’, while another exclaimed: ‘Police set the dance floor on fire.’

The video was posted on the 5th of August and has had more than 500,000 views now.
The policemen are part of the 4th Subdivision of Thailand’s Tourist Police in the northern city of Chiang Mai.

    Hi magsx2, Good effort from a group of police (but not quite up to the dancing standard of the mob that won “Australia’s got Talent”).

      I didn’t see Australia’s got Talent so I will take your word for it. 🙂
      I thought the Thai Police did a pretty good job, they seemed to enjoy themselves as well, it would of been something way out of the norm for them I’m assuming.
