    HI Mags,
Really nice. Thanks for sharing it. 🙂

  8. Well, how would you like to be locked up in a cage? Or a cell? We lock up humans who have demonstrated that they are unable to abide by society’s laws. What did the dogs do? One thing’s for sure: they are born leaders and are patient as well.

    • magsx2 says:

      Hi Lady Marilyn,
Yes some dogs do seem to have patients, these ones certainly have, it would be interesting to know how long it took to work out how to open the door. 😀

  9. Who says you can’t teach and old dog? Sneaky puppies!!! 🙂

  10. Thanks for sharing that with us. Dogs are my favourite people! (along with cats, oviously)

  11. WordsFallFromMyEyes says:

Ha ha – these were great – LOVED them! It’s Monday morning before work for me & I’m just having a quick cruise of the pages with my coffee. You’ve set my day off great, thanks! 🙂

    • magsx2 says:

      Hi WordsFallFromMyEyes,
Yes Monday morning here, I’m also having a cuppa at the moment, glad you enjoyed watching the dogs, they are amazing. I hope you have a great day. 😀

  12. Windsmoke. says:

Who says old dogs can’t teach themselves clever tricks especially when your bored at night with nothing to do just like in the second video :-).

  13. Rebekah says:

Wow! They were really good! So cute! 🙂

  14. Stepping My Way to Bliss says:

Oh my goodness…those were hilarious. I watched them both with Rockefeller but I don’t think he “got” it…even though the kennel in the first video is identical to his own.

  15. BoJo Photo says:

Animals are so amazing. I watched a mule lock my PaPa in the barn twice! Beagles are great escape artists as well climbing upside down to gain way to an opening.

    • magsx2 says:

      Hi BoJo Photo,
They certainly are amazing they just keep on surprising us I feel at every turn. I had to laugh, fancy being locked in a barn by a mule they also are very smart. 😀

  16. LimeIsBetter says:

  17. niasunset says:

  18. Fergiemoto says:

Very clever! Some dogs just can’t be contained, they always seem to figure a way out. I’ve seen it happen before.

  19. lolabees says:

Love this! dogs are so amazing!

  20. Elyse says:

Dogs are really amazing. I once had a particularly smart German Shepherd who could open any gate, and would do so to go out even though he was big enough to step over it. Thanks for making me think of that old guy! Great videos!

    • magsx2 says:

      Hi Elyse,
That’s wonderful that the videos bought back memories for you, we never really forget our past loved pets they are always in our mind and hearts.
How very clever of the dog to be able to do that, it must of been hard for you at the time to try and keep him in. Thank You for sharing that story with us. 🙂

  21. Selma says:

That is super cute. Some dogs are so smart. An adorable escape artist!

  22. El Guapo says:

If the dogs are smart enough to get out, I say they earned it!

  23. megtraveling says:

I always knew corgis were smart!

  24. barb19 says:

😀 Those videos made me laugh so much Mags – where there’s a will, there’s a way!
    Thanks for sharing!

  25. E.C. says:

~rofl~ Them pooches was so smart and hilarious to watch. I watched Daisy the cow too, that’s amazing, who’d of thunk it, a cow masterminding such clever escapes. 🙂

    • magsx2 says:

      Hi E.C.
You just can’t help but smile watching the dogs do there escape. 😀
Daisy is incredible isn’t she, had the owner stumped for a long time, very smart indeed. 😀

  26. Oh they are so smart the woofs..i had one once..he was super cute..they all are
    what a great post
have a wonderful day, hugs 🙂

    • magsx2 says:

      Hi Soma,
They sure are cute, regardless of what sort of dog they are, they all have their own way to win over our hearts. 😀
You have a great day as well.

  27. Barb says:

Where is that dog when I lock my keys in the car? I’m always locking myself out of something. Usually my own mind.

  28. Dogs are really people with four legs – some are clever, some are funny, some are lazy. But the dog in the kennel wins the award for knowing he wouldn’t have any fun unless all his pals came out to play. That’s truly a human thought process. You know they say dogs are man’s best friend, but who knew that dogs are dogs best friends too. Great way to start my gloomy and cold Monday Mags.

  29. starlaschat says:

That was so cute such smart dogs! I thought it was funny that the dog wanted company in it’s misbehaving. Dogs really are social creatures. :+)

  30. mj monaghan says:

Great videos, Mags! We have an 8 month-old Australian Shepherd. He isn’t quite to Red’s level, but he’s pretty darn smart!

  31. Ahh dogies are so darn smart and cute.

  32. Snoring Dog Studio says:

How adorable! Oh, yes – having two dogs is essential – they need each other and they’re so fun to video!

  33. Linda Vernon says:

LOL! They are too smart. That first dog that let her sister out seemed kind of bored with her abilities. Yeah, there ya go . . .whatever! Enjoyed:D

  34. Dogs are so smart! I love the way they helped each other out of their cages – what great friends!

  35. Rayya says:

Very cute and cheeky furry critters caught on camera…loved the footage! I have once come to the clinic to find a canine patient running around the clinic…However, my feline patients seems to be the better lot at escaping and sitting on top of the cage 🙂

    • magsx2 says:

      Hi Rayya,
They certainly are cheeky, it was great how they were caught on camera, a real gotcha moment. 🙂
That’s unrueal how they managed to escape from the clinic as well, the cats seem to also be showing how smart they really are. 😀

  36. Oh how I love the dogs…so clever…our four legged friends!
